PDP's EEVEE TONAL SYSTEM TRAVEL CASE Review
When I buy something nice, I like to keep it protected, like most people. For a reasonable price and a slim size, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of security the case provided. Let’s break down the review into three sections: look, design, and quality.
The case’s strong, mesh case looks great. The black all around makes it able to be dropped and get dirty without being terribly noticeable. The mesh is easy to clean off if it does get dirty anyways. The graphic of Eevee takes up the whole front, which is great. It is made with strong rubber and the colors and shapes are all spot-on with the original Eevee design. The grey and black designs behind the Eevee make it pop out a lot. Overall, the case looks really good.
The zipper reaching all around is necessary and works well. The handle is very long and lays flat across the top of the case. This makes the handle not come off from the case too much, and it can be slightly difficult to grab, but it does the job fine. The inside holds the Switch very snuggly with a strap that velcros to a soft, cushioned flap that protects the screen. This flap can hold a bunch of the Switch games, but it is kind of lose and they could slide around inside the case, not a major issue, but it is something to note. It is a slimmer case compared to many others, which makes this case particularly good to travel with. The interior design seems a little lazy or simple, but it all works well together.
The general quality is pretty high. The case is slim and easy to take with you anywhere. The mesh around the hard shell makes the case feel good to hold and carry. The zipper is strong and smooth. The case is a very tight fit around the Switch but never turns it on while traveling. The case is hard enough and has enough cushion to withstand normal usage and drops from any a couple of feet in the air. This is a high-quality product that will keep your Nintendo Switch safe under normal usage and travel for sure.
I was happier with this case than I thought I would be. The slimness, the nice graphic on front and the hardshell case make it a great choice for any player who is taking the Switch anywhere at any time. You can purchase this at the PDP store here for $19.99.
