Peter Parker is a Psychopath in this Re-Cut Trailer of Sam Raimi's SPIDER-MAN
Man, do you know what movie was great? Spider-Man. The original one with Tobey Maguire in the role of Peter Parker. Seeing him learning about his powers and stalking Mary Jane and killing all those who are close to her because of his sick obsession. Wait, what? That's not how the movie went. You sure? Then you might want to take it up with this new re-cut trailer of the film.
In this video, Peter Parker is shown to be a mad man. With all the serious faces and stares he gives, I never realized how creepy he really was. Watching Mary Jane from his bedroom, taking pictures, having long silent stares. How did I never catch this? This trailer does a great job at showing the darker side of Peter Parker. The one thing that does take me out of it is his Spider-Man costume. As soon as I see him as Spider-Man, I'm like, oh, he's alright. Something so disarming about that costume. Which may be why they switched up his drawing ideas in the sketchbook. Ha. Check it out below.
