Phil Lord and Chris Miller are Teaming up with The Lucas Brothers For a Feature Film Comedy
Phil Lord and Chris Miller are developing a new feature film comedy for Universal Pictures that will star The Lucas Brothers, Keith and Kenny Lucas, who are also writing the film with their writing partner Max Reisman.
There are no details on the story to share, it’s just described as “a unique high concept comedy that would star the two brothers.”
Lord and Miller and the Lucas Brothers started working together on 22 Jump Street, if you don’t remember, the two siblings stole every scene that they were in. These guys are hilarious comedians and Universal has been interested in working with them. So, the stars aligned and now this project is in the works.
This is the second project Lord and Miller have set recently. They are also developing the monster comedy Parenting Tips with Ryan Reynolds starring and Paul King directing. They are also attached themselves to direct the MGM astronaut movie starring Ryan Gosling.
