Lucasfilm's Phil Szostak is Busting STAR WARS Myths on Twitter

Phil Szostak is the creative art manager at Lucasfilm, and he has been having some fun on Twitter this month. While Szostak is no stranger to providing Star Wars tidbits here and there, he’s started a new trend. He has taken some time to bust some myths about Star Wars.

Some of these are things I had never heard like AT-AT’s were inspired by Oakland container cranes (spoiler alert, they weren’t). Other myths are even confirmed such as the addition of the wampa attack in The Empire Strikes Back because of an accident that Mark Hamill had.

I’ve included the start of the thread below, but it’s a very long thread. Check it out!
