This is our first look at actor Brady Bluhm as the blind guy Billy in apartment 4C. This is the actor who played the kid back in 1994. I think it's great they are bringing the character back. I imagine his role in the sequel won't be any bigger than what he did in the first movie, but it's funny that he's still around.
