Terry Crews Has Joined the Cast of The GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY: COSMIC REWIND Attraction at Walt Disney World
A new photo has been released by the Disney Parks Twitter account that confirms actor Terry Crews (Brooklyn Nine-Nine) has joined the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy via their upcoming Walt Disney World Epcot attraction, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. The actor will play a brand new character, Centurion Tal Marik, a close advisor to Nova Prime, who was played by Glenn Close in the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie, and is reprising her role for the ride.
The new ride is described as a unique "storycoaster" that will tell a story involving the Guardians, the Celestial Eson, and the Nova Corps. Not only will the roller coaster's cars rotate in 360 degrees so that riders can see the story play out, they'll also get to see Disney World's first ever "reverse launch" coaster. Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will also be one of the longest enclosed coasters in existence.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will open on May 27th. Take a look at Crews in his new character suit below, and let us know what you think.
