Playstation 5 Launch Day Games to Check Out

The Playstation 5 is available. Pretty crazy to be honest. It is here, and we got a bunch of games that should test and prove the power of the PS5. Check out our list and let us know what you’re most excited to play!

Assassin's Creed Valhalla

We have our review of it here! Leaving a trail of blood through the white snows of northern Europe has never been so enthralling. It may have some issues, but an overall great experience.

Demon's Souls

The demon is back. Tough battles? Check. Brutal pacing? Check. Dreadful atmosphere? Double check. The remake for this resurgence of hardcore gaming is back and ready to kick our butts again.

Destiny 2: Beyond Light

Bringing space magic to the snow planet Europa is Bungie’s newest expansion. Beyond Light is so large, game-changing, and epic that we have to throw it in here as a new game coming out on PS5.

Dirt 5

With loads of cars, tracks, and tight controls that we’d expect from the franchise, what better way to get fast gaming than Dirt 5. Hit the road, carve through the mud and dirt to find the path to victory.

Godfall

Looter-slasher is a new genre (more or less) that Godfall is introducing. Gorgeous graphics, slick combat, and loads of beautiful loot seem like a great formula for a fantastic experience.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales

We are back in the Spidey suit as Miles with new powers, enemies, and a new story. This new Spider-Man looks incredible and should play as good as it looks.

The Pathless

Exploring a sprawling world of visual style and beauty is always great. But this game also offers puzzles, boss fights, and a mysterious story. We don’t know too much about this game but it sure does pique our interest.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure

Pulling back on the level creation, Sumo Digital brings Sackboy into a massive journey with crazy enemies, silly antics, and strong platforming.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon ps5

I honestly have no idea what is happening, and I don’t mind one bit. Be a chef, musician, breakdancer, casino dealer, or a bunch of other random things in this new Yakuza RPG. Funky enemies, killer combos, and a strong narrative should all add up to a cool experience.
