POKEMON MASTERS Reveals Big Update to Celebrate POKEMON Day
Today is Pokémon Day, and to celebrate, Pokémon Masters is providing players the biggest update yet. First, Sygna Suit Red and his Charizard will finally be available as a sync pair that players can use. After using a sync move, Charizard will Mega Evolve into Mega Charizard X! Players will have better luck obtaining this pair between now and March 15. Speaking of sync pairs, Professor Oak & Mew will be distributed to anyone who logs in and completes the tutorial before March 15.
In addition, Chapters 22-24 are being added tonight and upon completion of the added story, players will unlock Valerie & Sylveon for their teams. Sygna Suit Elesa & Rotom will also become available during the new story event, “Shining Star.” Players will need to complete Chapter 1 of the main story in order to participate int eh event. Elesa & Rotom will also be available via the Sygna Suit Elesa Spotlight Scout. Both of these will last until March 15.
Many players will be excited that more evolutions have been added to the game including Dewott and Samurott. Other new evolutions include Scolipede, Meowstic, Seismitoad, Rampardos, Rapidash, Hariyama, Probopass, and many more.
If all of that doesn’t get you excited, Pokémon Masters has added a new game mode called Battle Villa. This is a periodic gauntlet-style survival mode with each Battle Villa lasting two weeks at a time. The inaugural one will run through March 15, but players will need to be sure they’re done with Chapter 7 if they want to participate.
