POKEMON TCG Announces New EVOLVING SKIES Expansion Featuring Eevee and the Eeveelutions
The Pokémon Company has announced the next expansion for the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Titled Sword & Shield – Evolving Skies, the new set features Eevee and all of its evolutions with each evolution available as a Pokémon V and Pokémon VMAX. Some will even have Battle Styles like the Single Strike Flareon VMAX or the Rapid Strike Sylveon VMAX. More Dragon-type Pokémon will also make their appearance like Rayquaza VMAX and Duraludon VMAX making their Sword & Shield debuts.
Evolving Skies will be available via booster packs, special collections, and two Elite Trainer Box items. One Elite Trainer Box will feature Umbreon, Flareon, Jolteon, and Leafeon while the other has Sylveon Vaporeon, Glaceon, and Espeon. Here’s what the set includes:
15 Pokémon VMAX
18 Pokémon V and 33 full-art Pokémon V
24 Trainer cards and five full-art Supporter cards
A new Special Energy card
Evolving Skies is set to release on August 27.
