Pokemon's 20th Anniversary Super Bowl Trailer is Breathtaking

I have been with Pokemon since the beginning, and it makes me so excited to see a new trailer that really shouts out to all people. My first Pokemon was a Squirtle. He was my first starter and I'll never forget him. There has been news on some Pokemon spinoff games as well as the huge news about Pokemon Go, but nothing connected with the mainstream games. This new trailer doesn't really bring anything new, but it is inspiring as heck. It makes me want to pull out my old Pokemon and train, or even accomplish something great. J.C. Smith, senior director of Consumer Marketing at The Pokémon Company International, had this to say about the Super Bowl Commercial.

“For 20 years, the Pokémon world has inspired fans to train hard and have fun. This ad is reflective of that passion, and I can’t think of a bigger stage to share this story than the Super Bowl.”

It's good to see Pokemon doing well after so long, and I can only hope it continues to succeed many years into the future. Check out the trailer below.
