Yesterday, Marvel Studios released the first trailer for The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, and for the most part, the fans are buying what Marvel is selling! It looks like it’s gonna offer some funny heartfelt holiday entertainment. I’m in, and today we have a poster to share with you!

In the film, Star-Lord is feeling super down in the dumps over his situation with Gamora. So, to help cheer him up Drax and Mantis head to Earth to bring Peter Quill back the perfect present to cheer him up! Something that he’ll never forget! That gift is Quill’s favorite actor of all time… Kevin Bacon!

It looks like Drax and Mantis are going to be partying on Earth way too hard during the holidays!

The film stars Chris Pratt as Peter Quill/Star-Lord, Dave Bautista as Drax, Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, and Sean Gunn as Kraglin. It’s also been revealed that Michael Rooker will appear in the film! I imagine that will be for a flashback scene.

The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special will be released on November 25th, 2022.
