POWER RANGERS and COBRA KAI Collaborate For New Lightning Collection Figures
Hasbro recently announced 3 new figures for the Power Rangers Lightning Collection of figures. Each of these is a collaboration with Cobra Kai and will be available exclusively at Target in April 2023 for $27.99.
We have the Daniel Larusso White Crane Ranger, Samantha Larusso Pink Mantis Ranger, and the Skeleputty. Personally, the Skeleputty is my favorite one here. It is fun that for the two Rangers they used the Ninjetti costumes, but at the same time it feels a little lazy as they only needed to change one of the head sculpts and the emblem on already existing figures.
Oh, and add the Miyagi-Do Karate on the back. I think that’s why the Skeleputty really sticks out to me. It feels more original and like more work went into it. Maybe I’m just being a grump though. Also, doesn’t Cobra Kai focus on Johnny? Why isn’t he being focused on here?
