Powerful Trailer for COMET With Justin Long and Emma Rossum
I just watched this trailer for the upcoming movie Comet and was kind of blown away by how great it looks. This may be a romance film, but the trailer struck a cord in me and I was compelled to share it with the rest of you movie geeks. The film stars Justin Long and Emma Rossum and tells a surreal love story that looks charming and appealing. Here's the synopsis:
Hurtling back and forth in time over six years of a passionate, complicated relationship, this high-style love story crackles with brilliant repartee and simmers with true feeling. Emmy Rossum is the bright, skeptical Kimberly, and Justin Long is the tightly wound Dell. They first meet at a random encounter at Hollywood Forever, where they've come to watch a meteor shower. The movie will get a limited released on December 5th. There are very few romance films that have been made that grab my attention and that I actually like. This one seems like it could end up on my list of romantic movies that I genuinely enjoy. I hope it lives up to those expectations that this trailer set for me.
