Prepare Yourselves For WEREWOLF SANTA a New Holiday Horror-Comedy Coming This Year
We’ve got a new holiday horror-comedy to look forward to watching this year with Werewolf Santa! Yep, we are getting a movie about Santa Claus turning into a werewolf and terrorizing a small town on Christmas Eve.
The film centers on “Santa Claus, who turns into a werewolf on Christmas Eve and wreaks havoc in a small seaside town; with a local YouTuber setting off on an adventure to save Christmas from this new threat.”
You know, it was just a matter of time before this happened. If the movie is even somewhat successful, I think it’s safe to say that we’ll start seeing other low-budget movies like Vampire Santa and Zombie Santa.
Screen Daily reports that Werewolf Santa will be released in theaters in both the United Kingdom and North America in November 2023. The site also notes that “101 Films International has secured international sales rights excluding UK and North America to UK horror-comedy Werewolf Santa.”
The movie was written and directed by Airell Anthony Hayles (Midnight Peepshow, Spider Inside Her, They’re Outside) and it stars Mark Arnold, John Bloom, and Emily Booth.
