President Claire Underwood Ruffles a Lot of Feathers in New Trailer For HOUSE OF CARDS Season 6
“You sound like a gangster, madam President”
Netflix has released a full trailer for House of Cards Season 6. In it, as President Claire Underwood (Robin Wright) addresses the nation, we also get a look at the behind-the-scenes drama of her presidency and as you’ll see, she’s not going to take any kind of shit from anyone. She is going to rule with an iron fist. In fact, now that I think about it, Claire Underwood could probably kick Iron Fist’s ass.
The trailer also includes Diane Lane and Greg Kinnear who play Annette Shepherd and Bill Shepherd in the series, “a sister and brother who inherited Shepherd Unlimited, a leading industrial conglomerate whose family foundations exert a powerful behind-the-scenes force in the American political landscape. The two share a vision for the future of America, as well as a complicated past with the Underwoods.” Cody Fern also joins the series as Duncan Shepherd, “Annette’s ambitious and devoted son, who represents the next generation of DC power players.”
I’ve enjoyed this series over the years and it looks like this final season is going to end with a bang.
House of Cards season 6 also stars Michael Kelly, Jayne Atkinson, Patricia Clarkson, Constance Zimmer, Derek Cecil, Campbell Scott and Boris McGiver. The series premieres on November 2, 2018 on Netflix.
