Pretend to Be an Otter in D&D with THE LUTRINIAN RACE

Who doesn’t love otters? They’re so adorable, and I love how they hold hands while floating! Well, now you can pretend to be an otter thanks to Nathaneal Roux. Roux has written The Lutrinian Race – An Otter Kind of Race and made it available on the DMs Guild.

This unofficial Dungeons & Dragons supplement allows you to play as a Lutrinian which is essentially an anthropomorphized otter, and I love it. There are three subraces – Giant, River, and Sea – that each have their own flavor, such as the River Lutrinian being very territorial and able to take an opportunity attack when a creature enters your reach.

On their floating city ships or in reclusive walled river cities, lutrinians are always working with water to make a better life for themselves. The smell of fish and the gentle lapping of the waves is their constant companion. As explorers and adventurers, they’ve probably reached farther on the sea than any other race can claim to have.

If you love the idea of being an otter, you can grab Lutrinian Race on DMs Guild for a mere $1.
