Preview - Spider-Woman #1
Spider-Woman is back! Not only that, but both Ben Urich and Porcupine are still along for the ride, as is the creative team of writer Dennis Hopeless and artist Javier Rodriguez. The gang is all here, but not without some new additions, namely the little one that Jessica Drew will be having in about 9 months.
The challenge and responsibility of having and raising a child is immense, as is the (theoretical) job of being a superhero. Smash them together and you have a tremendous mountain to climb, but Jessica Drew seems to be up for the challenge, and I can't wait to see how she does it. I've openly admitted how much I love Spider-Woman's most recent run, and the fact that the same creative team is in tow just makes me giddy. I don't foresee the baby being just a throwaway angle here, and the supporting cast is just fantastic.
