Promo Images for GOOSEBUMPS 2, JURASSIC WORLD 2, JUMANJI, and More
Get ready world, lots of exciting movies are in development and some new promo images have just surfaced for some of them. I just have to say these promos have piqued my interest a bit. One of the promos is for the sequel to Goosebumps and it reveals that that title will be Goosebumps Horrorland. We had an Idea that the sequel would have something to do with that, but no solid proof. UNTIL NOW! I am excited about this news. I think there are a lot of interesting things can be done in Horrorland.
As for the other promos, they are all rather simple and don't explain a lot. They're more like teasers than anything else. Minimalist seems to be the best choice for promos. First is the promo for Jurassic World 2. A dinosaur eye... as it should be. The movie comes out on June 22nd, 2018.
Next is How the Grinch Stole Christmas with Benedict Cumberbatch. I have to say, the CG look of the Grinch in the promo is pretty fun. I couldn't be more excited for Cumberbatch voicing this iconic role. It will be released on November 9th, 2018.
After that is Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. I have doubts it can live up to the fun that the original Jumanji film had. It stars Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Karen Gillan, Jack Black, and Nick Jonas. It will be released in theaters on December 20th.
We then have Peter Rabbit with nothing but Bunny ears and a tagline, "You think you know him? Think again." I don't know many people who think they know Peter Rabbit. Easter Bunny, Energizer Bunny, sure. But Peter Rabbit is kinda old school. It's got a great cast though, which gives me hope for this film. That cast includes James Corden, Rose Byrne, Daisy Ridley, Elizabeth Debicki, Domhnall Gleeeson, and Margot Robbie.
Lastly is Slenderman. Which... well, I'm not getting my hopes up too high on this one. It worked as a scary internet meme, but not much else. Even the promo doesn't give high hopes. It hits theaters on May 18th, 2018.
That's all the promos. What do you think? Take a look below.
