Universal Pictures has released a little promo spot for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom teasing the full trailer, which is set to drop on Thursday December 7th. The promo is called "Run" and it gives us a brief but intense look at Chris Pratt's Owen Grady running from a horde of dinosaurs and an erupting volcano trying to get Bryce Dallas Howard's Claire Dearing and another character to safety.

Judging by by the gyroscope seen in the promo, it looks like these two characters will return to the same island that the first Jurassic World took place at, Isla Nublar.

Producer Colin Trevorrow previously described the sequel as being a “deeper, more character-based" film and that "it definitely leans into suspense." He also said that there will be a big insane action sequence in the middle of the film.

J. A. Bayona (A Monster Calls) is directing the film and it also stars BD Wong‘s Dr. Henry Wu, Jeff Goldblum as Ian Malcolm, James Cromwell is as Benjamin Lockwood, Justice Smith and Toby Jones.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is set to be released on June 22, 2018.
