Promo Spot for THE WALKING DEAD: DARYL DIXON - "His Road Home Is Paved with Redemption"
While The Walking Dead legacy series has come to an end, the franchise lives on and is stronger than ever as AMC is launching several spinoff shows. One of those shows centers on the fan-favorite character Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus). It’s titled Daryl Dixon and a new promo spot has dropped that teases the character’s continuing journey.
In the series, “Daryl washes ashore in France and struggles to piece together how he got there and why. The series tracks his journey across a broken but resilient France as he hopes to find a way back home. As he makes the journey, though, the connections he forms along the way complicate his ultimate plan.”
The promo comes with the tagline, "His Road Home is Paved with Redemption.” So what led Daryl to this current place in his life — according to him, “a bunch of bad decisions” — had a lot to do with it.
The clip also features co-star Clémence Poésy, who explains that she was “broken until the world ended.” The trailer also features a post-apocalyptic France that has clearly gone through utter hell.
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon stars Adam Nagaitis, Anne Charrier, Eriq Ebouaney, Laika Blanc Francard, Romain Levi, and Louis Puech Scigliuzzi. The series is set to premiere on September 10 on AMC and AMC+.
