Proton Beam Goes Limp in New Int. Trailer for GHOSTBUSTERS with Lots of New Footage
I know we just got a new trailer for Ghostbusters giving us our best look at the ghostly villains of the film, but we've got another one for you to watch today. This is an international trailer, and it's loaded with new footage from the film. If you're excited to see this movie, then you'll want to check out the trailer. If you hope the film burns in hell, then watching this trailer probably isn't going to change your mind.
This is a slightly better trailer than the first two, and it gives us a better look at the main villainous ghost, along with some footage of the team testing out an early version of the proton pack, which fails miserably as the beam goes limp. It seems a lot of people feel that this movie looks like a limp attempt to reboot a franchise.
It's been interesting to see the discussions people are having regarding this film and how there is such a divide of fans defending it and other fans tearing it apart. I'm really interested to see how this film does at the box office and what audiences on both sides of the fence think about it after it's released. One thing that I do like that I've seen in these trailers is the ghost designs.
Ghostbusters is set to hit theaters on July 15th.
