Prove Your Movie Riffing Skills In RIFFTRAX THE GAME Coming May 5
From the makers of What The Dub, a new party game is sure to be a hit with fans of Mystery Science Theater 3000, Rifftrax the Game. For those who don’t know, Rifftrax is the same comedy team behind MST3K that continue to riff both old and new movies.
Rifftrax the Game will let 6 players with an additional 12 audience members go head to head in riffing over 250 clips from fan favorite Rifftrax such as Rollergator, Attack of the Supermonsters, and Plan 9 From Outer Space. You can either play by making your own riff and hearing it in text to speech, or you can play by having the players choose from over 2,000 premade riffs. Either way is sure to be a hit at your next party.
The game will be available on Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on May 5 and will feature support for remote games, cross play, and voice chat. Twitch integration will also be available to allow Twitch Chat voting, additional moderation, privacy, and content tools.
