Netflix has released the first trailer for the gender-swapped remake He’s All That starring TikTok superstar Addison Rae and Cobra Kai star Tanner Buchanan. The film follows the formula of the 1999 teen romcom She’s All That, in which a popular guy turns a geeky girl into the prom queen. Rae fills the role of leader of the “in” crowd, while Buchanan plays the social outcast with incredible abs.

Star of the original film Rachael Leigh Cook is returning to play Rae’s mom. This looks ridiculous and fun, and I’m sure teens will make this a highly-watched pick on the Netflix roster. Check out the trailer below, and watch He's All That on Netflix on August 27th.
