Quentin Tarantino Met With Margot Robbie About Playing Sharon Tate in His Manson Family Murders Film

We recently learned that Quentin Tarantino's next film project revolves around the 1969 Manson Family murders. In the initial report, we learned that one of the plots in the film revolves around Sharon Tate, who was brutally murdered by the Manson Family. Tarantino was looking at Jennifer Lawrence and Brad Pitt to possibly star in the film. I assumed Lawrence might be up of the role of Tate, but that might not be the case.

According to Deadline, Tarantino has met with Margot Robbie to potentially play Tate, who was the wife of director Roman Polanski and pregnant at the time of her death. Robbie is an incredibly talented actress, and there's no doubt she would be great in the role if she ended up being cast.

The report also says that Samuel L. Jackson may also end up playing a lead in the film. This isn't really much of a surprise because Tarantino and Jackson have enjoyed working with each other on film projects over the years.

As for Pitt and Lawrence, the site says Pitt may end up playing a detective investigating the murders. There's no word on who Lawrence might play, but if she's not playing Tate, she'll probably play one of the crazed Manson followers like Susan Atkins or Leslie Van Houten.

As of right now, nothing is set in stone, so anything can happen. I'm just curious to how Tarantino handles this tragic and brutal story. What do you think about the possibility of Robbie taking on the role of Tate?
