The full trailer for Michael Bay and director Jonathan Liebesman's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has been released, and the movie looks like it could actually be really fun. There's still not enough footage to get me crazy excited for it, but it has some radical potential. I want to see the fighting style in action that has been compared to The Raid. This trailer doesn't give us any of that, but the designs for the turtles look cool! The movie is obviously trying to appeal to both fans of the series and kids, only time will tell if they succeed or not.

"The city needs heroes. Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vern Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder’s diabolical plan."

The movie comes out on August 8th!
