Raidraptors and Phantom Knights Are Coming Back to YU-GI-OH! with PHANTOM RAGE
Phantom Knights and Raidraptors are getting ready to make a comeback in Yu-Gi-Oh!. Konami recently announced a new set releasing this year called Phantom Rage that will be bringing new support to both archetypes. In addition, there will be new cards designed to have duelists combine the two archetypes to “max out your Xyz Summoning power.”
Also, there’s going to be a new Fusion Summoning theme all about consecutive Fusion Summons. To help with this, a new Spell Card will summon up to five Tokens that you can immediately use to Fusion Summon twice! Haven’t we decided that the majority of Token-based cards are always bad news for the state of the game? No? Oh. OK.
Well, in Phantom Rage, duelists will find 17 world premiere cards. This is the highest number of world premiere cards in a single booster set. We’ll also find crossover cards for U.A. and F.A. archetypes; new Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, and Link Monsters; cards to improve your Rise of the Duelist strategies; and more. Here’s the rarity breakdown:
