RAIN OF REFLECTIONS Launches This Friday and Looks Awesome

Rain of Reflections is an upcoming game from Lionbite Games, and it looks really interesting. Based on the gameplay trailer below, I’m seeing elements of turn-based tactics, stealth, RPG, and puzzle games. If done well, this could be an amazing game.

“Rain of Reflections is an atmospheric, dystopian adventure game with exploration and deep character interactions. Its turn-based strategic confrontations are uniquely centered around a motivation mechanic.”

Another potentially cool aspect of Rain of Reflections is that each chapter of the game will be a different layer and a different perspective. Here’s the synopsis for the first chapter called “Set Free:”

“The introductory chapter – “Set Free” – centers around Wilona, a scientist working towards a solution to our future world’s sudden infertility. As she starts doubting the morality of the experiments, she decides to free the live subject – the lastborn child – from captivity. This will prove difficult, as powerful forces try to stop her.”

Chapter 2 will be called “Open Eye” and follow a deadbeat P.I., and chapter 3, called “Undercurrent,” will be about the Infrared underground resistance movement.

Rain of Reflections will be available on October 4 through Steam for $18.99.
