RAINBOW SIX EXTRACTION Coming to Game Pass on Day 1 and Ubisoft+ Is Headed to Xbox in the Future
Ubisoft just made a lot of Rainbow Six players happy. It was recently announced that Rainbow Six Extraction available day one on PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass members. As long as you’re a subscriber to one of those services, you’ll be able to jump in on the fun starting January 20. In addition, Rainbow Six Siege (which is already available on Xbox Game Pass) will be added to PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on the same day. That’s not the only news to come from Ubisoft though.
Rainbow Six Extraction is a co-operative PVE experience that places players in the shoes of well-known Rainbow Six Siege operators with up to three friends, facing off against a mysterious alien menace that threatens life on Earth. With 18 operators to choose from and a variety of unique gadgets and weapons at their disposal, players will need to communicate and think tactically to take on their otherworldly adversaries and safely extract their captured teammates.
Ubisoft also announced that their subscription service, Ubisoft+, will be coming to Xbox “in the future.” Right now, the service is only available on PC, Amazon Luna, and Stadia, so this adds in a lot of people. Sadly, there’s no word on when the subscription will be available on Xbox, but when that happens, Xbox players will get access to the latest games on day one, premium editions, DLC, season passes, and access to over 100 Ubisoft titles on Xbox.
