Ray Park Has Fans Thinking He Might Appear in THE MANDALORIAN Season 2 with Cryptic Tease
Ray Park, the man who played Darth Maul in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace and Solo: A Star Wars Story, recently shared a post on Instagram that has fans thinking that he might appear in The Mandalorian Season 2.
As you’ll see below, the actor shared the Sith logo alongside the now iconic catchphrase from the series, "This is the way."
It would seem to be impossible for him to return as Maul as the character was killed by Obi-Wan Kenobi shortly before the events of A New Hope. But, maybe there’s a connection between Maul and Moff Gideon with the Darksaber? Maybe we’ll get a flashback to fill in some story details. They could have also cast Park in a different role. It’s not like he exclusively has to play Maul all the time.
Or, maybe Park was just watching The Mandalorian and that inspired him to share the image along with the quote. Whatever the reason is, he definitely got fans talking with the cryptic tease and they are wondering what it means.
