Razer Reveals First Controller Designed for xCloud on Android
Xbox recently unveiled more details for their xCloud gaming service including information like when the beta would be available to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers. They also revealed partnerships from a few companies to create accessories to make playing a breeze on Android devices. One of the partner companies was Razer who recently showed off their new version of the Razer Kishi Universal Mobile Gaming Controller. This controller is designed to work on most smartphones that have a USB-C port. Also, while the new Kishi has been specifically designed for xCloud gaming, it will work with other compatible apps.
I think the Kishi controller looks pretty great and could see it being fantastic. Of course, without actually testing it, who knows how it feels to hold.
The new Kishi is now available from Razer, Microsoft, and other authorized retailers for $99.99. This includes a 14-day trial to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. If you’re looking at getting this specifically for xCloud, I would recommend waiting to get the most out of the free trial.
