I’ve got some exciting news for all you Reacher fans! Prime Video has already renewed the series for a fourth season! Season 3 doesn’t premiere until next year, but they aren’t waiting for it to be released before they start developing Season 4.
Prime Video obviously has full confidence in the success of Reacher and its future. Vernon Sanders, head of television, at Amazon MGM Studios said in a statement:
“Reacher has become a phenomenon that continues to resonate with our global customers beyond our wildest expectations and we are thrilled to bring the series back for an additional season.
“We are looking forward to more action and adventure from the immensely talented team behind the series including Nick Santora, Alan Ritchson, Lee Child, Skydance, and CBS Studios.”
Reacher Season 3 is based on Lee Child’s novel Persuader, Reacher (Alan Ritchson) must go undercover to rescue an informant held by a haunting foe from his past.
In the story: “Jack Reacher lives for the moment. Without a home. Without commitment. And with a burning desire to right wrongs—and rewrite his own agonizing past.

“Staging a brilliant ruse, Reacher hurtles into the dark heart of a vast criminal enterprise. Trying to rescue an agent whose time is running out, Reacher enters a crime lord’s waterfront fortress.
