Red-Band Trailer For Fox's Six Upcoming ALIEN Universe Short Films

As a way to honor and celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Alien franchise, 20th Century Fox has teamed up with Tongal to offer fans the opportunity to create their own Alien Universe short films.

550 short films were submitted and six filmmakers were chosen to bring their Alien-inspired stories to life. We have a new trailer for you to watch today and this one is a red-band trailer that gives us an exciting look at the thrilling films that were made.

The names of the directors and the films they directed are as follows: Chris Reading (Alien: Containment), Benjamin Howdeshell (Alien: Harvest), Noah Miller (Alien: Alone), Aidan Breznick (Alien: Night Shift), Kelsey Taylor (Alien: Specimen), and the Spear Sisters (Alien: Ore)

I’m looking forward to watching these! I’ve always enjoy watching short films and it’ll be fun to see these talented fans dive into the mythology of Alien with their own stories.

IGN will be releasing a new short film every Friday starting today, March 29th.
