Red-Band Trailer for the Horror Thriller IN OUR BLOOD Promises a Dark and Twisted Ride
The red-band trailer has been released for In Our Blood, and it teases an unsettling psychological mystery wrapped in raw horror.
The story follows filmmaker Emily Wyland (Brittany O’Grady) who sets out to reunite with her estranged mother through an intimate documentary alongside cinematographer Danny (E. J. Bonilla).
But when her mother suddenly vanishes, possibly relapsing into the addictions that tore their family apart, Emily and Danny are forced into a chilling hunt for answers, unraveling sinister clues that suggest something far more disturbing is at play.
The synopsis reads: “Nothing is as it seems when filmmaker Emily Wyland teams up with cinematographer Danny to shoot an intimate documentary about reuniting with Emily’s estranged mother after a decade apart. When her mother suddenly goes missing, possibly succumbing to the addictions that first tore her family apart, Emily and Danny must piece together increasingly sinister clues to find her before it’s too late.”
In Our Blood is directed by Oscar-nominated documentarian Pedro Kos (Rebel Hearts, Lead Me Home) in his first narrative feature and written by Mallory Westfall.
The film’s cast also includes Alanna Ubach, Krisha Fairchild, Leo Marks, Bianca Comparato, and Steven Klein. With its haunting tone and gripping performances, this looks like a must-watch for fans of elevated horror.
