Redundant Trailer for Netflix's Renee Zellweger Series WHAT/IF

I’ve got a full trailer to share with you today for the Netflix series What/If, starring Renee Zellweger. It’s got an Indecent Proposal vibe, with Zellweger making sure you understand she is ruthless and sexy and not a nice person.

There isn’t a whole lot of explanation as to why she is this way, or what her motivation is, it’s just a bunch of hard, squinty stares and people realizing they probably made bad decisions that are now affecting their lives in a negative way. It’s a deal with the devil situation, and Zellweger is the devil who has some some huge amount of pull in a high stakes world that looks like Hollywood.

Zellweger plays the ultimate game player, Anne Montgomery. “When Anne presents a young, cash-strapped couple with an incredible opportunity, they have to decide what they're willing to risk for a chance to have it all.”

There’s surely a huge market for this kind of show. Lots of people like over-the-top dramas, so this series has a shot to succeed. Watch the trailer below and let us know if you’ll be tuning in to Netflix on Friday May24th for What/If.
