Regal Cinemas are Preparing to Launch an Unlimited Subscription Service Later This Month

Regal Cinemas is getting ready to launch an unlimited movie ticket subscription service according to Deadline. The service is said to be launched at the end of July for customers in the United States and it will have three tiers available for purchase.

Each tier will give you unlimited tickets, but the pricing will vary based on the location of the theater. The three price points are $18, $21, and $24. At the lowest end, you’ll be able to see a movie at roughly half of the Regal theaters across the nation and the highest tier will let you go to any theater regardless of location. In addition, if you go with a lower tier and go to a Regal outside your plan, you can pay an assumed $2-3 as a surcharge for a discounted ticket.

Deadline also reports that subscribers get a 10% cash reduction on concessions immediately instead of via voucher. In addition, the word on the street is that consumers will have to pay for a whole year in advance, meaning you have to pay $216, $252, or $288 at the time of purchase.

There’s still a lot that we don’t know about this service, but is this something that you would be interested in? What would you like to see as part of the subscription to make it worth it for you?
