Remastered TITANIC Heading Back to Theaters for Valentine's Day 2023 in Celebration of 25th Anniversary

The film Titanic is being remastered for a rerelease in theaters in celebration of the film’s 25th anniversary. Director James Cameron’s multiple Oscar-winner and box office phenomenon will be back in time for Valentine’s Day 2023.

The remastered version will be available in cinemas in 3D 4K HDR and high-frame rate. Jon Landau teased a 3D look at the remastered version at Disney’s CineEurope presentation in Barcelona on Wednesday.

This anniversary makes me feel a little old, as I remember seeing Titanic on opening night with friends. I enjoyed it, but I don’t think I’ll go back to the theater to watch it. It’s beautifully made, but the ending is too sad. If you’ve never seen it on the big screen, you may want to check it out.
