Reminder: The Wii U and 3DS eShops Close in Less Than 2 Weeks
All 1,000 Wii U owners and all the Nintendo 3DS owners need to wake up. This is a reminder that as of March 27, the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS eShops will be officially shut down and you will not be able to buy any new games through those stores. You will be able to redownload any titles that you purchased before then. If you’re a Pokémon fan, make sure you download Pokémon Bank and get it setup with Pokémon Home before March 27! Otherwise, just make sure you grab the titles that you have yet to purchase. Also, keep in mind that you cannot use the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS eShops to add funds to your account so you will have to go online and add funds through the eShop on your computer, phone, or Nintendo Switch before purchasing.
