Actress Renée Zellweger (Chicago, Judy, Bridget Jones series) is the latest star to join the cast of Only Murders in the Building, ahead of its fifth season.

The Hulu hit series is known for packing in the star power, and Zellweger is joining the show’s returning stars/executive producers Steve Martin, Martin Short and Selena Gomez as well as Michael Cyril Creighton. Previously announced newcomers include Christoph Waltz and Keegan-Michael Key.

Production on the new season, which will be solving Lester’s murder, started this week in New York with the show’s four series regulars. As usual, Zellweger’s character details, as well as the new season’s full synopsis, are being kept under wraps.

Season 4 featured the return of Meryl Streep, joined by Eugene Levy, Zach Galifianakis, Eva Longoria, Jane Lynch, Richard Kind, Melissa McCarthy, Kumail Nanjiani and Molly Shannon.

Last month, Only Murders scored its first SAG Award for Comedy Series Ensemble, shared by Martin, Short, Gomez, Creighton, Levy, Galifianakis, Longoria, Kind, Nanjiani and Molly Shannon. Short also won for Male Actor in a Comedy Series.
