Review: Dungeons Box Pocket Is a Great Smaller Dice Box
If you’re looking for a dice box and rolling tray, I cannot recommend Dungeons Box enough. It’s absolutely fantastic, and they’ve got a new Kickstarter for a smaller version called Dungeons Box Pocket. The team was kind enough to send me one of these smaller boxes to review, and it’s phenomenal.
The box is smaller and can only hold one set of dice or a miniature, but it does fit inside my pockets and even fit in the pockets of one of my wife’s pairs of pants. The rolling tray is also a little deeper than its big brother, which is paramount to it working so well. It’s smaller, but the deeper tray allows for some solid rolling action without fear of the dice rolling out of the tray. The other night I used the tray for my weekly game of Dungeons & Dragons, and it worked perfectly.
I also love the docking area for phones. My phone has a case that makes it a little bulky, but it was still able to fit, and I could use my digital character sheet no problem. If you’re on a budget or just want something smaller, I cannot recommend the Dungeons Box Pocket enough. There’s still time to back the Kickstarter and be one of the first to have this beautiful dice box.
