Rick and Morty Make a Cameo as Ponies in Episode of MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC
Rick and Morty have gone on some of the wildest and craziest interdimensional adventures, and it looks like one of those untold stories has taken them to the Land of Ponies as ponies themselves!
As you can see in the screenshot above thanks to io9, pony versions of Rick and Morty made a very brief cameo in the latest episode of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. It would have been hilarious to follow their story! Here's a description of the scene that leads up to the two characters showing up:
About halfway through watching 'Grannies Gone Wild,' we see Rainbow Dash rushing to get in line for this super-awesome roller coaster that she just has to try (because ponies be ponies).
It's at that point that we see Rick and Morty waiting in line. Morty is looking very worried, while Rick just looks absolutely determined. It's funny that Rick has a tattoo of a laboratory flask on his butt.
I have no idea when we will ever see Rick and Morty Season 4 happen, but right now the creative team is in contract negotiations with Adult Swim. In the meantime, we can enjoy little things like this as they pop up.
