RICK & MORTY Writer Jeff Loveness Jumps on Board Marvel's ANT-MAN 3

As Marvel Studios moves forward on their future slate of films, they’ve hired Rick & Morty writer Jeff Loveness to write the script for Ant-Man 3. Loveless also worked on Daniel Radcliffe and Steve Buscemi’s series Miracle Workers, which is also a fun show. I guess Ant-Man 3 is looking to lean into the comedy.

Peyton Reed, who directed the previous two installments, is set to return to helm the third movie and Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly will be back in the roles of Scott Lang a.k.a. Ant-Man and Hope Van Dyne a.k.a. The Wasp.

Loveness, who has also written comics for Spider-Man, Groot and Nova, has already started writing the script. Obviously, there are no story details to share but I love these Ant-Man movies and I’m stoked to see these characters back in action and see how their story arcs continue to progress in the MCU.

There’s no word on when the film will start shooting or when it will be released, but it’s coming!
