Ridley Scott's ALIEN Will Return To Theaters For It's 40th Anniversary!
I’ve never seen Ridley Scott’s Alien on the big screen! Like many other people, I’ve only ever seen the film on a home entertainment system, but that’s all going to change soon!
Fans of Alien will have the opportunity to see it in the cinema on the big screen all thanks to an upcoming 40th anniversary screening from Fathom and Turner Classic Movies. The film is set to screen at select theaters on Sunday, October 13th, Tuesday, October 15th, and Wednesday, October 16th.
You will be able to find a listing of theaters that the film will be screening out here. You can check out the official description below.
"Celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Alien! Directed by Ridley Scott, the original sci-fi classic follows Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) investigating a suspected SOS on a remote planet and makes a terrifying discovery.
The anniversary event will also include exclusive insight from Turner Classic Movies. There are no details on what that insight will entail, but I’m sure it’ll be something that fans of the film will want to see. Regardless, just the opportunity to see Alien on the big screen for the first time is enough for me!
