Riki Lindhome Teams with Amy Poehler for New Comedy TAILS

Another Period co-creator Riki Lindhome has teamed up with Amy Poehler and Monica Padrick for a new show called Tails. The series has received “a script commitment plus penalty” from Fox, so it’ll be interesting to see how it develops.

Tails is written by Lindhome and Padrick and will focus on Erika (played by Lindhome), “a woman in her late 30s, who despite the pressure she feels from the world around her, refuses to settle in any area of her life.”

Lindhome and Padrick will also serve as executive producers alongside Poehler and Dave Becky. Kim Lessing will produce the series.

These are some pretty funny women, so I’m expecting some great things from Tails.
