Director Robert Eggers (The Witch, The Lighthouse) cut together a special exclusive trailer for his upcoming Viking epic The Northman for attendees at CinemaCon this year, and we were there to watch it! The trailer we saw will not be shared with the public, but what we saw was insanely awesome! Here’s our reaction of the footage that we watched!

The Northman is an epic revenge thriller set in Iceland at the turn of the 10th century, and it explores how far a Viking prince will go to seek justice for his murdered father. The all-star cast includes Nicole Kidman, Alexander Skarsgård, Anya Taylor-Joy, Willem Dafoe, Claes Bang, and Kate Dickey.

The movie will hit theaters on April 8th, 2022.
