ROBOT CHICKEN Hilariously Imagines a TRANSFORMERS 5 Script Meeting
Back in 2015, the team at Robot Chicken predicted what the inside of a Transformers 5 script meeting might look like, with director Michael Bay exerting some influence over the proceedings using...um...some unconventional methods. The video ends by predicting that the film (which was eventually titled Transformers: The Last Knight and opened in theaters recently) will gross over 2.1 billion worldwide, but it doesn't seem like the real movie will come anywhere near that. Domestic audiences are tiring of Bay's schtick with these films, and though it's pulling in decent box office overseas, it seems like it won't even approach the one billion dollar mark, let alone two billion.
