Ron Perlman, Vanessa Marano, and More To Star in The Thriller THE GAME'S CALLED MURDER
There’s a new thriller in development called The Games’s Called Murder and Ron Perlman, Vanessa Marano (Switched at Birth), Natasha Henstridge (Diggstown, Species 1 & 2), James Lastovic (Insatiable, Days of Our Lives), and Annabel Barrett (Detachment, Ocean’s Rising) are set to star in it.
The film comes from writer and director Adam Sherman (Crazy Eyes, She’s Just a Shadow) and the film is described as an “absurdist story full of violence, betrayal, and sex set in a world ruled by technology and social media. It’s a modern, dark-humored tale of greed, romance, and lost innocence in consumer-crazed, alienated society that functions as a harsh critique of society today without taking itself too seriously.”
There are no details on the plot and how it will play out, but it’ll be interesting to see what comes of the project. One of the biggest selling points it has going for it is Ron Perlman. He’s a fun actor to watch in the projects he’s a part of and I hope that he gets to play a good and interesting character in this movie.
Sherman and Hagai Shaham are producing the project, which is shooting in and around Los Angeles.
