Could Lady Gaga Be Joining GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 3 as Rocket's Love Interest?
Did you like the movie A Star is Born? Well, that’s definitely your right. I liked that song from it, and I liked the chemistry between Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper, so this new rumor doesn’t sound half bad to me.
An insider is said to have told HollywoodLife, “There is a very strong possibility that Lady Gaga and Bradley will be working together again on Guardians of the Galaxy 3. Only some cast names have been released but the word is Bradley will reprise his role of Rocket Raccoon and Gaga will play his love interest. Their characters are animated but still, it’s exciting. Audiences want them together and certainly everyone recognizes that appeal, they’re box office gold together, it’s very likely that this will happen.”
According to the comics, the character Gaga would be taking on is Lylla, a sentient otter. She is the heiress to the largest toymaking empire Mayhem Mekaniks on the planet Halfworld, where Rocket is from. I think this sounds like a lot of fun! Gaga has a great voice, and we know the two have chemistry. Plus Rocket has been through some tough stuff in his life. I’d love to see his character find love and soften up a little bit!
