Russo Bros are Starting a New Series on Instagram Called RUSSO BROS PIZZA FILM SCHOOL

Anthony and Joe Russo are some of the most highly praised directors at the moment. Their credits include Community, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame. All of those have seen a lot of praise from fans and critics alike. Well, the duo have recently announced a new series that they’ll be doing on Instagram live called Russo Bros Pizza Film School.

This new series will happen on Fridays starting on May 15 at 5 PM PT. The way the show will work is that the Russos will assign a movie to viewers every week and then talk to a special guest about “how different flicks have transformed their relationship to cinema.” During their chats, you’ll be able to see everyone chow down on some pizza from local pizzerias. The first film that has been assigned is La Haine which is available via Amazon Prime Video and iTunes Movies and the special guest is Pete Hammond who is “currently the Chief Film Critic and Awards Columnist for Deadline Hollywood and is widely considered to be one of the preeminent awards season commentators for film and television.”
