RWBY: CRYSTAL QUEST is a New Match-Three Puzzler, But with RWBY CHIBI
Crunchyroll recently announced a new mobile RWBY game. The game is called RWBY: Crystal Quest and is essentially Candy Crush with a RWBY skin from what I can tell. The best part though is that it’s not just RWBY, it’s RWBY Chibi, a spin-off series with adorable art and wacky adventures. I love RWBY and I love RWBY Chibi, so I’ll probably try it for a day and then delete it, but the artwork is what’s sold me on this. It’s simple, but I love the Chibi characters and their extreme personalities.
The gameplay is a match-three puzzler, so nothing novel there. Crystal Quest will be free-to-play and I’m sure there will be some kind of micro-transaction to get you extra moves or something like that. You’ll also start with Team RWBY. The game will be launching later this summer with no official date announced yet. Will you be picking up this simple, yet adorable game?
