Ryan Devlin and James Jordan Return for the VERONICA MARS Revival
This year, fans of Veronica Mars will be treated with a revival of the show on Hulu. We’ve learned that a lot of characters are returning, but this one might be the most surprising. Ryan Devlin shared the following picture on Instagram:
It looks like Mercer Hayes is going to be making a comeback. If you don’t remember, Mercer was a radio DJ Veronica met at college in season three. It turned out, though, that he was a serial rapist. There is no word though on what role Mercer will have.
It was also recently revealed that James Jordan will be returning to play Tim Foyle, the TA from Veronica’s criminology course, who turned out to be a murderer.
Veronica’s next adventure will revolve around spring breakers who are being murdered in Neptune, “thereby decimating the seaside town’s lifeblood tourist industry. After Mars Investigations is hired by the parents of one of the victims to find their son’s killer, Veronica is drawn into a mystery that pits the enclave’s wealthy elites, who would rather put an end to the month-long bacchanalia, against a working class that relies on the cash influx that comes with being the West Coast’s answer to Daytona Beach.”
